Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t, we’re here to help with free returns for online orders. The Earthly Nook LLC stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase date. 


No returns on our Clearance items and Imperfect for you products.
To ensure our customers an optimal shopping experience, we may limit or suspend the refund/return policy in circumstances of excessive use, abuse, or suspected fraud.
Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Exceptions
Exchanging an item
If you contact us first and your item has not shipped we will ship the new item and adjust your payments if necessary.  Your payment method will be charged for the new order, and your original order will be credited after you return the items if they have already shipped. Please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.

Replacing damaged or defective items
If you received an item that was damaged of defective during shipping, we will replace if possible or issue a full refund including shipping if paid by the customer.  Pictures are required via email in order to process refund.  If you are not able to provide pictures we can not guarentee a full refund.  please contact us for instructions and an expedited replacement order. We are unable to repair damaged or defective items shipped to our returns center.


Price adjustments
All clearance sales are final. We cannot offer price adjustments for seasonal items marked down during clearance sales. This includes both merchandise purchased before the sale begins and items that have been subsequently discounted during the sale.


Personalized orders
If you are not satisfied with your personalized item, please contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date so we can provide instructions on next steps. We can not refund for personalized orders unless there was an error on behalf of the Earthly Nook LLC.
